• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player except via the Cash Out feature where available.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event tier. Current maximum limits are displayed on each market within the platform.
• Spin Games reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time, including for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — Spin Games reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. What constitutes a manifest error is determined by Spin Games at its sole discretion.
• For live (in-play) bets, there is an inherent latency between real-world events and odds updates. Spin Games cannot guarantee that all in-play bets are placed before the event to which they relate has already occurred. Any bets placed after a relevant event (goal, wicket, etc.) has definitively occurred but before odds have updated may be voided at Spin Games' discretion.
• Results and settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant sporting governing body. In the case of disputes, the governing body's decision is final.
• Accumulator bets: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at the adjusted combined odds. Accumulators can include up to 12 selections.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly. Spin Games targets settlement within 30 minutes of official results for all standard markets.

Spin Games offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between Spin Games and other platforms in a manner intended purely to generate risk-free profit rather than for genuine sports betting purposes.
• Money laundering: Using the Spin Games platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account in another person's name, using another person's payment details, or impersonating another individual in any communication with Spin Games.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known technical errors will be voided.

Spin Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Spin Games will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason and anticipated timeline to the player via the registered email address or mobile number.
