Creating a Spin Games account is free and takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number (03XX format without the +92 prefix), add your email address, and create a password. After submitting, you will receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS — enter it to verify your number and your account will be active immediately. You can then log in and make your first deposit. No. Each player is allowed exactly one Spin Games account. Attempting to open duplicate accounts — including to claim a welcome bonus a second time or to bypass a self-exclusion — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance held. Mobile number and email changes must go through our support team for security reasons — you cannot change these directly in your account settings without verification. Email support@spingames.best from your current registered email address requesting the change, and include a copy of your CNIC for identity verification. The team will process the update once your identity is confirmed. Keep your contact details current — they are used for OTP delivery and security alerts.

Accounts are automatically locked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. You can also email support@spingames.best to request an immediate unlock after identity confirmation. If your account was locked due to a self-exclusion request, it cannot be reopened during the exclusion period — this is by design and cannot be overridden.

Spin Games is designed specifically for Pakistani players. Registration requires a Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification, and accounts operate in PKR. Players who are temporarily abroad can still access their accounts if their Pakistani SIM is active and able to receive SMS. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods may vary — check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for up-to-date limits for your chosen method. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard PKR deposits, but very large deposits may trigger additional verification as part of standard anti-money-laundering checks.

Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet deposits typically credit to your Spin Games account within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are usually instant as well. IBFT bank transfers can take up to 2 hours during business hours, and occasionally up to 24 hours if made late at night or on weekends. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the standard processing time shown on the Deposit and Withdrawal page, first check your account for any pending identity verification requests — an unverified document can hold a withdrawal. If no verification is pending, email support@spingames.best with the withdrawal reference number, amount, and your registered mobile number. The team will investigate and update you within a few hours during Pakistan business hours.

Generally, Spin Games requires withdrawals to return funds to the same source as the deposit — this is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. For example, if you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed to your Easypaisa account.
